Thay had the two cars I wanted to look at waiting for me. - michael.shore

Thay had the two cars I wanted to look at waiting for me. I picked one. Luis was very helpful, but he wanted to add warranty I didn't want or ask for. He told me Android Auto was installed and it wasn't. That was disappointing. Overall good car and price, but Andoid Auto should have been installed already and I shouldn't have to loaf it myself. Very inconvenient.

After considerable research on PHEV's, and on the value - harrison13n

After considerable research on PHEV's, and on the value of my trade-in, I purchased a Prius Plugin from Toyota Cleveland Heights. In the sales process I worked with two very helpful, experienced, and authentic salespeople who worked to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome of our work together: Pat Marcin and Avaughn Wells. Both of them were "people focused" and asked what would make me happy, and represented my interests to their buyer, financial advisor, and management. I received very good value on my trade, and on the lease arrangement we negotiated. I will be pleased to recommend them and the dealership to friends who are considering a new or used car purchase.

My new 2026 Camry SE is the second car and the first new - Happy customer

My new 2026 Camry SE is the second car and the first new car that I have bought from Ron Swetland and Westside Toyota. Both times were very straightforward and smooth transactions. My wife and I have bought six cars from this Toyota dealership location over the last 25 years, and have always been satisfied. I needed another car quite suddenly and urgently. Ron Swetland worked diligently to search the certified pre-owned and new inventory for a car that I liked and was ready to be delivered quickly. Ron explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. He made the purchase and delivery process very easy.
