I dropped of my 2010 prius with a message that the Hybrid system wasn't working. I got a call back and was told it was under an extended warranty and wouldn't have to pay anything for the over $2,000 charge. system wasn't working. The service center called after the first week and asked me how I was doing for wheels. I said that at this point I could use some and they provided me a car for free. They also topped off the oil and washed it. I was very happy. Bummer for the 2 week wait but I was always kept abreast of the progress and quite happy with the outcome. More

We have been bringing in both cars for all service for the past 16 years. We like the service department personnel and I find it easy to bring the car in and wait.
