Horrible to deal with. Horrible communication. My truck was damaged around the time of service and working with them to get video footage was painful. The service rep said that the car would be ready by the end of the day on Saturday. Which it was not ready by then. I realize that there probably are fewer mechanics available on Saturday. But, the car was not ready until around 4:00 pm on Monday. That was unacceptable and the repairs were not that extensive. The service rep did communicate clearly what problems needed to be fixed with the car which I appreciated. And it was fixed correctly. More

I brought my car in for a recall, when I got it home Fri. the engine light was on! I called on Monday to bring it back in and they said there were no openings until Thurs but when I explained that my husband the engine light was on! This is our 4th car from Sunnyside and i can't imagine going anywhere else! More
