People are great but computer system is poor. They attached my car to another persons personal info, and cannot reverse it. I bring in my car and they call this random person to advise it is finished attached my car to another persons personal info, and cannot reverse it. Dropped off at 9am - didnt get back till 430. Way too long for an oil change and maintenance. Showed up around 4 to see if it was ready...it was not they called me like 10 minutes later...Really. My appointment was for 9:00AM services was completed at 1:45PM. The service was for tune up, oil change, tire rotation, replacing front wipers and multi point inspection. After scheduling an appointment the week before, I waited 3 hours for a software upgrade on a factory recall. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. I had to stand in front of the service rep to get some acknowledgement that I had been waiting an excessive amount of time. Again, no apology or explanation.
