My appointment was for 9:00AM services was completed at 1:45PM. The service was for tune up, oil change, tire rotation, replacing front wipers and multi point inspection. After scheduling an appointment the week before, I waited 3 hours for a software upgrade on a factory recall. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. I had to stand in front of the service rep to get some acknowledgement that I had been waiting an excessive amount of time. Again, no apology or explanation.
