People are great but computer system is poor. They attached my car to another persons personal info, and cannot reverse it. I bring in my car and they call this random person to advise it is finished attached my car to another persons personal info, and cannot reverse it. The service dept does a fantastic job. I myself work at a Ford dealer but drive Toyota’s and have them serviced at Toyota. So customer service is important to me and they never let me down. Very good experience recently had my 2014 Toyota Sienna repaired at the collision very happy with the results. Dropped off at 9am - didnt get back till 430. Way too long for an oil change and maintenance. Showed up around 4 to see if it was ready...it was not they called me like 10 minutes later...Really. My appointment was for 9:00AM services was completed at 1:45PM. The service was for tune up, oil change, tire rotation, replacing front wipers and multi point inspection. Technician did excellent job. C 1:45PM. The service was for tune up, oil change, tire rotation, replacing front wipers and multi point inspection. Technician did excellent job. Car runs great. However; I waited to long and the price was a little high. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful. More
After scheduling an appointment the week before, I waited 3 hours for a software upgrade on a factory recall. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. Customers who showed up after me to get the same upgrade AND additional work done walked out hours before me. No apology or excuse was offered. I had to stand in front of the service rep to get some acknowledgement that I had been waiting an excessive amount of time. Again, no apology or explanation. Unacceptable service from such a great company. More
