I dropped of my 2010 prius with a message that the Hybrid system wasn't working. I got a call back and was told it was under an extended warranty and wouldn't have to pay anything for the over $2,000 charge. system wasn't working. I got a call back and was told it was under an extended warranty and wouldn't have to pay anything for the over $2,000 charge. However, it took 2 weeks to fix because of a part they were waiting for. The service center called after the first week and asked me how I was doing for wheels. I said that at this point I could use some and they provided me a car for free. They also topped off the oil and washed it. I was very happy. Bummer for the 2 week wait but I was always kept abreast of the progress and quite happy with the outcome. More
