Fixing flat tire and checking warning light. Ken was my service representative. My car's tire pressure warning light went on, and I observed the rear passenger tire losing air. Since the tires ha Ken was my service representative. My car's tire pressure warning light went on, and I observed the rear passenger tire losing air. Since the tires had 58K miles on them, and since I've never had a car equipped with a warning light for tire pressure, I took it to Sunnyside to get a proper diagnosis. Ken had the service department repair the leaking tire, and discovered two punctures within the same area that made a patch solution illegal. They fixed one patch, and ordered a replacement tire for the next day. Ken checked that I had the tire under a warranty, and arranged to have a new tire at no cost to me. I brought the now-flat tire and rim in the next day, and the new tire replaced the old. I appreciate Ken finding out the tire was under warranty, which saved me the cost! He let me know every step of the procedure on both days, and why. Great service, great people, great car delaership! More
