Service performed was fine but The person on the phone when I made my appointment for an oil change / tire rotation said to tell the service manager when I brought the car in if the The person on the phone when I made my appointment for an oil change / tire rotation said to tell the service manager when I brought the car in if there was anything else I wanted checked. When I brought the car in, I mentioned a squealing noise at high speeds. At the end of my service visit, I was told the noise couldn't be looked at this visit because my appointment was with the oil change technicians and not with the mechanics (or something like that). I'm disappointed that it will now take two service visits to address what I had intended to be handled in one. More
