Ray Thomas bends over backwards to make sure things are taken care of with my wife's 2018 sienna that had been heavily modified to a wheelchair accessible van. I found my wait fine. The service man kept me informed about I was there for a 80K mile service. When I got my car back and read the diagram page, I found it disturbing that they did not check my hybrid battery I was there for a 80K mile service. When I got my car back and read the diagram page, I found it disturbing that they did not check my hybrid battery because I had things in my "trunk". No where did I read or was I asked to remove my stuff. I would have just moved it to the back seat. On another visit where they had to work in the back, the service person moved the things to the back seat. I feel whoever was servicing my car was lazy and didn't want to move my stuff. Now I hope that my hybrid battery is okay until the next service visit. I think it was Sean who was the person who checked me in. It was someone I hadn't seen before. Kelly Butler talked to me to see if I was interested in purchasing a new car. More
