Went there for routine maintenance. Quoted 1-1 1/2 hour wait. That's ridiculous. Is this gonna happen every time? Unacceptable. My maintenance was part of my buying decision but I'll be dammed if I have to wait. That's ridiculous. Is this gonna happen every time? Unacceptable. Disappointed If I had the tools - been done in 15 minutes. Waited 2 hours, felt charged too much for what done. Initial schedule was for the gasket in the back tail gate to be glued down - because it was kinked and I'd always have to push it back in in order for door to lock - door ajar would always be lit up on panel. No one secured it. When I came in also had issue with radio - not allowing for AM reception or ability to connect auxillary items. Also - had just run the car through another car wash - the rubber strips on roof both came up ( and have been doing so for the last 3 years and my rear license plate was practically pulled off, bent mid way. Double sided tape was used to secure them to roof - like I said, I could have done that, but physical issues don't allow me to get on a step stool. As far as license plate - when I bought the car (after the lease) I had to return the license plates in January 2019 but I physically could not remove them so came to dealer to have them removed - but when they were removed, the left screw broke off - so I only had one screw to hold plate on and I HAD to go home and put double sided tape on it to hold it to the car. So this time - had to have the old screw drilled out and something else was put in place. Since original plates were on for the 3.5 years - and I couldn't budge the screw - upset I had to pay for it. Guess there also was an computer 'update' with the radio and a recall on something that I didn't know about yet. So glad the recall was taken care of. The facility is fine, the staff is fine, just felt this time I was over charged...and for the time to not repair and actually repair the few things seemed to be longer than really necessary. More
Recall Had a 10 o'clock appointment. The 2 men that greeted me were friendly and very professional in taking down all the proper information about my vehicle Had a 10 o'clock appointment. I was told that it would take 90 minutes to complete the task of putting in the new recall part, it took a little more than 2 hours. In truth, the women over the phone that I talked to to make the appointment said it would be 90 minutes. More
