A Great Service Department I generally avoid going to a dealer for service, but Sunnyside Toyota has changed my opinion of Toyota dealers. Gold membership, bundled services, and I generally avoid going to a dealer for service, but Sunnyside Toyota has changed my opinion of Toyota dealers. Gold membership, bundled services, and discount coupons demonstrate you are not about to be fleeced. The service experience is actually friendly, efficient and quick. I have never had a return problem with my service nor did I feel like they were pushing more expensive service options. Been taking my Toyota’s to this dealership for over 10 years and greatly prefer their service to my local dealership in Tucson. Good job. Thanks. More

Alex was very accommodating and patiently answered all of my questions. I was given very clear print-outs of what each vehicle would cost, with no pressure. Brian was very helpful and even found me a better deal for financing. They were practicing social distancing and had sanitizer available everywhere, plus took the time to sanitize each car before I drove them. Everyone seemed to get along and work well together, and they all appeared to have a sense of pride in their work. I live 100 miles away but chose to go to this dealership because of it's stellar reputation, and I will take my new Camry there for service. More
