Oil change This is 2nd time I have had to leave the building, in spite of the State mandate for masks inside recently implemented. I sat on the concrete outside toward the old toy store. A man in waiting section had a mask on the table. I cleaned the very dirty arms of the couch in the detailing waiting room, then two women sat down near me and talking with no mask on the one. When I walked in to service when car done, another person was in waiting room,no mask and a customer was talking to receptionist with no mask. This is inside the building. Again the 78 year old customer had to be uncomfortable to be safe. Went to Walmart after and big sign outside about State mandate and even number of ruling so most likely people know it’s just not Walmart rule,. This is how we could have jobs shut down again, business that does not comply with State safety rules to end this terrible surge. The young lady Chris is very thoughtful and helpful. More

Service good. Scheduling poor I have always had good service when I arrive. Good explanations on what is done, pleasant staff. The scheduling process has not been so enjoyable. I get bombarded with emails even though I opt in for texts. Too many text and email reminders. These ways of communication have proven to be very impersonal and obviously computer generated. I admit I missed an appointment and through text to Ashten Healy, I requested to reschedule. This was obviously responded by (I assume Ashten) who suddenly seemed very disinterested and in the process did not include the recall in this rescheduled appointment. A day was offered which I confirmed would work, then a time was just assigned through a confirmation. I do appreciate the measures taken to offer me a free rental when I return for the recall work. All is great when I arrive, but I will be call for appointments in the future. More

Professional group with effective handoffs when one tech would be replaced by another. Car was there over 5 days.
