Took my Highlander in for repair of my sunglasses holder just above the console. Nice people greeeted me and a technician did repair the sunglasses holder. I was charged around $53 for this repair. However the next day it didn’t operate correctly again. When the sunglasses holder pops down it obscures my rearview mirror and is a safety factor. I called and they asked me to bring it in for the third time tomorrow which will be July 1. I just don’t understand how this problem can be so difficult to solve. More
