Then they said water leak turned moldy from an insect that crawled up the A/C drain tube, and then when Insurance Adjuster went out to inspect they took Toyota's word that mold was everywhere (But they NEVER did a Mold test and wouldn't cover the damage and wanted to BILL me $8000. for clean up? they had my Vehicle for 4 months and since I wouldn't pay their BOGUS charges I took the Vehicle back and Hired a Mold Expert and NO MOLD was Detected? NEVER TRUST Mike Cova, or Ray Thomas, When I took Paperwork in to the Dealership to Show Proof of NO MOLD, Ray Thomas wouldn't even confront me to Apologize, Only made a statement WE MADE A MISTAKE? REALLY ?? Will NEVER LEASE FROM Sunny Side Toyota AGAIN. More

He was concerned in getting me the answers I needed to help make the purchase decision and I felt he represented me in the negotiations to finalize the sale. Matthew explained the additional services and financing associated with my transaction and again, no pressure to upsell-just presented the options clearly with benefits and left the final decision with me.
