Intimidating Will not use this dealer again. After having a lengthy talk about the car I was choosing,and payment options, the salesman turned me over to someone Will not use this dealer again. He said he saw the paperwork sitting on the desk but no-one brought them over to him.???? They couldn't find the second key, and after another log wait, I had to make an appt. to bring the car back to have one programed. I spent most of the day there. Another long wait to get the key. Sunnyside, from the start, was incredibly I knew exactly what I was looking for and searched several dealers for a certified used Toyota Highlander. Sunnyside, from the start, was incredibly helpful. They provided me with a video and answered questions in a very timely manner since we live 1/2 hour away and we are going through a pandemic. The dealership took necessary precautions (i.e. wearing masks and frequently disinfecting surfaces) to keep myself and themselves as safe as possible. Greatly appreciated!!
