Brian did not explain to me that I could take up to 30 days to think about this, and with an approx $2000 price tag I needed time. I felt pressured and what started off as a pleasant experience went downhill rapidly. Would have appreciated it if he had informed me that I could take a little time then I could have left feeling happier. More
