Parts not available I have only had this Prius (my 4th) since November and twice now the parts which I had made an advance appointment were not only not available but I h I have only had this Prius (my 4th) since November and twice now the parts which I had made an advance appointment were not only not available but I had to use the provided rental car for more than a day. This means unloading all the everyday items in my car, two extra trips out to N.Olmsted and reloading again. What I'm still infuriated over is that all my presets and displays were wiped out and it is exceeding hard for a dinosaur like me to restore them so I hate the car every I get in. Your employees are very polite but not very useful to me. I also believe no one reads these reviews and I'm talking to myself. This was a recall, surely you knew before I did that a least one 2019 Prius would need the parts and they could have been on hand More

I had a great experience with Sunnyside this past weekend. I was looking to trade in my RAV4 I had bought from them 3 years ago and lease a new car. Brian did not explain to me that I could take up to 30 days to think about this, and with an approx $2000 price tag I needed time. I felt pressured and what started off as a pleasant experience went downhill rapidly. Would have appreciated it if he had informed me that I could take a little time then I could have left feeling happier. More
