Theresa, Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have been caused. We see that when you stopped in for your 1st maintenance service, you did not have an appointment. We are happy to take care of all walk-ins, but typically it can be a longer wait time as we handle our appointments first. We,'re sorry for the 1 hr 47 min wait. When you called to make an appointment for your 2nd maintenance, our service coordinator advised you of the first available date for a waiting appointment. She then offered a sooner appointment if you wanted to drop off your 4Runner for the day. She explained that you could drop off you vehicle in the morning and you would receive a call between 3-5 pm when the vehicle was done. When you completed the early bird envelope, you inadvertently left the Please Have My Car Ready By space blank. Unfortunately, without letting us know you needed it sooner, we could only make sure the work was to be completed by 3-5 pm. We hope that you'll give us another chance to provide you with a 5-star level of service from now on. Sincerely, Kendyl Frye, customer relations manager.
