They were unbelievable in working with me and helping me get this van that is going to change my quality of life. They understood that which meant everything to me. I was very comfortable which a lot of ppl don’t experience at other car dealers, including myself in the past. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, with no pressure at all!! I laughed a lot too because their personalities were compatible to mine. I would 100% recommend Sunnyside Toyota to everyone! I’m so happy and those ppl made sure I felt that way when I left. More
Make An Effort Took my car in for it's 5000 mile/6 month maintenance. The oil didn't need to be changed but the guy said I should think about it because I'll have to Took my car in for it's 5000 mile/6 month maintenance. The oil didn't need to be changed but the guy said I should think about it because I'll have to get it done in January. January is three months away. Not a big deal to bring it back. It was weird that he made it sound like it was a bigger deal. Annoying more than anything else. Service rep was annoying in general. I can only describe it as he was trying too hard. Again, not a big deal, just annoying. Annoying. That is a good word to sum up the experience. When I went to retrieve my car I noticed it wasn't washed. My first thought was perhaps they don't wash cars when it's cloudy? No, the cars in front and back of mine had been washed. I asked a guy that checks people in (but had not checked me in) and he referred me to the kid that had checked me in. He said that they didn't want to run my car through the wash due to an issue with my front bumper. I looked at the bumper and noticed that the corner where the bumper and the piece in front of tire was popped out a little. I looked in the wheel well and saw that it had simply needed to be pushed back in and snapped onto the body pin (or whatever those things are called). I was amazed that no one at the dealership made the little bit of effort I did to remedy it. It's not so much that my car didn't get washed, although it would have been nice, it's irritating that A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP couldn't handle that issue. That it didn't occur to ANYONE that it was a simple thing to take care. They saw what could have been an issue if subjected to the car wash brushes, a valid point, but didn't see past that. It's common sense that A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP should be able to handle this no-brainer. My confidence level plummeted after this. More
