When I originally came in to test drive a vehicle the sales rep was personable enough but when I told him I wasn't ready to proceed the same day his entire demeanor changed and acted personally offended. "There's one of two reasons why someone doesn't want to get a car; they don't like the car, or they don't like me" He was absolutely right, from that moment. I still continued through the process because they had given me the best price before the credit check, $0 down and $270 a month which changed to $1100 down and $290 a month. I was pressed for time, needed the car anyway and was unlikely to get a better deal elsewhere so I went with it. Check you ego Dave, the picture of your wife and baby facing out on the desk makes you look like a tryhard. More

I did all my research on what model I wanted which I felt would save time but it was just an off Saturday where it was a zoo in there. Next time I will ask for a better deal and think about it for a day or two instead of jumping but I am happy with the vehicle even if I paid sticker price. Maria did get me the tow hitch and got it done quickly - she is great with follow through. I really enjoyed working with her and Jordan made my experience go quicker - he knew his stuff which helped.
