Very Accommodating. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00pm , 3/9/19. I originally said I would wait for the vehicle, but ended up dropping the vehicle off at 9am due to My appointment was scheduled for 3:00pm , 3/9/19. I originally said I would wait for the vehicle, but ended up dropping the vehicle off at 9am due to some new plans for the afternoon. From the time you pull your vehicle in to the service area everyone is very pleasant. I worked with Chuck Stoll this day, and he assured me, bringing the vehicle in early was not a problem. Reviewed what service was going to be performed, signed my papers and I was off. Chuck called me around 2:00 and said the vehicle was ready and waiting to be picked up by 5:00. When I arrived the car was washed and ready, I saw Chuck and reviewed the service results and again on my way. Hats off to everyone. More
