Business done right. I recently bought a 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ from Sunnyside Toyota. I did a lot of research online before visiting any dealers. Bottom line is they had I recently bought a 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ from Sunnyside Toyota. I did a lot of research online before visiting any dealers. Bottom line is they had the car I wanted at a better price than any dealer within 100 miles of Cleveland. In all honesty the only thing they could do is screw things up at this point. They did not! I made a phone call to set up an appointment, I was quickly put in touch with my sales rep, Kyle Mellen. He set it up where I could text him shortly before my arrival so he could be ready when I did. As soon as I walked in the door I was kindly greeted by a gentleman (name unknown) that directed me to Kyle. He was, as he said he would be, ready to go. I was there about five ten minutes and we were on the road for a test drive. Kyle was great, he answered all questions I had about the car, and even better if he was unsure rather than give a vague or wrong answer he went to the proper source in order to obtain the correct information. He didn't use any kind of pressure tactics at all, and made sure I was well informed of the goings on that were out of his hands throughout the entire buying process. Lori Sovey-Strah handled the financing. I don't know that I've ever delt with anyone in any type of business that is better than her. Straight to the point and very matter of fact, all while still maintaining a personal rapport. My credit, while not awful, is far from perfect. Lori was able to get me a loan that was fair and within expectation of someone in my situation. All in all my experience at Sunnyside Toyota far exceeded expectations. The team they have made my purchase easy. If you're looking to buy a car they are well worth a visit. More

Pleased as punch I’ve been waiting to buy a car but it’s hard with our schedules. I work weekends and my husband works weekdays. We came in with an idea of a few cars to see and Mickey helped us figure out what we wanted. He gave great advice and answered all of our many questions. He was extremely patient and kind. I’d recommend him to anyone. Jordan in finance was also a breeze to work with. By the time we were getting our car it was about closing but no one made us feel rushed.
