We were told to wait in the lounge until the shuttle arrived. When we were called that van was ready, the caller was astounded that he was talking to us waiting in the lounge in the next room, not across the street. Some communication broke down. 3.The aerial was not put back in place. My husband asks what size wrench and how much torque is needed to finish your job. 4. We do want to acknowledge the fifty dollar discount on the battery to make up for our missing our Valentine’s Day lunch. By the time our van was ready, we had to return home for the medications needed for dinner. ( My husband is a diabetic. Eating on time is important, and missing meals is dangerous. He needed meds for the next meal.) More

Great Staff and Easy Process I came in to buy my first car and the process was so fast and so easy. Every staff member was friendly and really worked with me to get me the car I I came in to buy my first car and the process was so fast and so easy. Every staff member was friendly and really worked with me to get me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, with the features I wanted. The sales associate was very friendly, answered all my questions, and made an extra effort to give me the best price given my financing plan. He was very knowledgeable and I was thoroughly impressed with his ability to walk me through the process of buying a car at Toyota, what they offered, and what he recommends. The finance associate made sure that you were in a closed room when sharing personal information and secured all your documents together so that you knew what should be left in your car or at home, made sure you understood what you were in charge of in the financial future and offered you Toyota's additional packages without being pushy! Besides the employees themselves, the entire building was clean despite having muddy slush and salt outside because it was in the middle of winter. The seating area was decorated with comfortable furniture and a wide variety of drinks to ensure that their customers stay comfortable. When I got my car it was clean and the car was in a garage so that you could set up your car and could be walked through on the car's features. Overall it was a great experience More

I took my van for a second evaluation, and there is no evidence of any oil leak and they could not find the same conclusion as your department. I no longer have any burning smell. I'm not sure how/why your service would suggest. More
