25K Milage Service Invoice # 654806. Not sure if tires were rotated since box was not checked on Multipoint Inspection sheet. Invoice also shows an extra drivers side Invoice # 654806. Not sure if tires were rotated since box was not checked on Multipoint Inspection sheet. Invoice also shows an extra drivers side floor mat was removed. Never had an extra floor mat there. It's possible Multipoint Inspection sheet and invoice sheet were the results from two different cars. Consequently, I don't know if the tires on my car were rotated and whose floor mat was removed. I told them I needed it back by noon as I was traveling that day. They said it is a common issue with Avalons and that they can get it fixed by noon. I made sure to get it in the night before reiterating in writing that I needed it by noon. I called Christine at 11 and got her voice mail. I called again as then talked to her. She said service was just test driving it. I reiterated that I needed it by noon. I called again at 11:30 and got her voice mail. I called again and talked to her. She said they would need to order the part and that I can pick it up. By the time I came, checked out and left, it was 12:30 and the only resolution was that they would order it. I have yet to hear from anyone. I felt the service visit was poorly coordinated. Also, I have been complaining about the noise since I got the car new. More

She is courteous and extremely knowledgeable, which is expected. However, Maria is far more than the expectations - her help made the purchase simple, with neither hassle nor pressure, and the process was fun- or at least as much fun as a car purchase can be :-) She is far beyond friendly and helpful. Her goal is to meet the wishes of the customer, as opposed to her own sales goals and metrics. In our family, we have purchased over a dozen vehicles over our lifetimes. I can honesty say that this purchased was, by far, the most pleasurable, least painful purchase we have ever made when it comes to automobile purchases. I highly recommend Maria to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle (new or used). From our experience, she should be the top salesperson at her dealership, if not the entire region. More

Service at Riverside Toyota Maintenance and oil change were done, but I could not start my car the next day. That is strange. I never had problems before. The battery was checked by AAA, but the settings of the electrical parts on my Prius must have been changed. I never had this problem before. Otherwise, the service seemed to be good. One thing I thought was strange is that my antenna was removed and was on my passenger seat. Hopefully, I won't have problems starting my Prius again - never had problems before. More
