Bad Service So I went to go in to get my free oil change, tires rotated, and car washed. I scheduled this with my car salesman that sold me the car, Mikalya. So w So I went to go in to get my free oil change, tires rotated, and car washed. I scheduled this with my car salesman that sold me the car, Mikalya. So when I got there they told me it take about 30 minutes. Which hey I can wait I guess. Then they come out and tell me the car isnt going to be done for 4 hours because there were other cars. I said I had this scheduled at this time how you going to take care of these cars and not work on mine. They told me I was scheduled for a drop off which i was not. I told them I scheduled this to get it down now. They said that the salesmen must of wrote it down wrong or made a mistake but it's like ok but if it's your salesman mistake then you should be able to fix it and work on it. I had to call my dad to pick me up. Then we get a call saying that the engine light was on and airbag light was on calling for a recall. This was a brand new car I got 5 months ago. My dad was furious of what was going on. We went in and talked to our salesman Mikalya about this problem and her mistake. Then tells us there was a service where they could have drived me home but didnt even mention that to me at all. Also making a excuse about calls offs and not having enough people. Then we go up to the service guy and tell him about how they said their was a problem with the engine light and recall. He told us that was a mistake. They called wrong number. It's like how can you mess up on scheduling something and calling wrong number. Also not mentioning to your customers there was a driving service they do. Pretty upset with what happened. Next time I schedule il be making sure it's not a drop off this time. More

There was no hard sell, they listened to my concerns and constraints to make sure that I got exactly what I needed. They also did it quickly. I was in a new vehicle and back on the road in an hour or so. My salesman Alex Maropakis was the epitome of professionalism. He explained everything to me and put me at ease. The finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. I got the vehicle I wanted, at the price I needed and all of the necessary protection on my investment. Great experience! Please stop in and ask for Alex even if you’re just thinking about a new car. You can’t go wrong. On a side note, the waiting area is well appointed. By well appointed I mean they have LOTS of charging ports for your mobile device. I missed my service appointment last week due to the weather, Christine DeBow followed up with a call and rescheduled me for today. If not for that call, I wouldn’t have been at the dealership today. Fast, thorough service My appointment was scheduled for 1 p.m. When I dropped off the car and headed into the waiting room, I asked an attendant if it takes around 45 min.or My appointment was scheduled for 1 p.m. When I dropped off the car and headed into the waiting room, I asked an attendant if it takes around 45 min.or so. He told me that since it was a nicer day, they are washing cars and more likely be am hour to hour and fifteen minutes. So i sat down and started reading a book. Within 15 minutes, a service tech came over and went over my tires, windshield fluid, etc. All left to do was wash my car. I was driving out of the dealership at 1:35! More
