I generally expect to spend about an hour or an hour + 15 minutes if it's super busy. My appointment time ran over an hour and a half. While they replaced a rear windshield wiper blade....that couldn't have added that much time? I like the quality of the work, but will consider leaving the vehicle if the oil change is slated to exceed the 60-75 minute mark. More

Other places would have made me pay for the repair. More
Service is great! I had check engine, VSU, and slippery lights come on my older Rav4. Without an appointment, I took the car in for service. Good service overall I bought a used car from sunnyside Toyota dealership. It was good customer service, but they didn’t tell us some key things in the vehicle. The previo I bought a used car from sunnyside Toyota dealership. It was good customer service, but they didn’t tell us some key things in the vehicle. The previous owner did smoke in the vehicle, and the dealership denied all claims that he/she did when asked. Also, there were scratches and paint chips that weren’t buffed out. But overall good service! More

Service was very quick and I appreciated that Lisa in the service area made an effort to educate me on the service requirements moving forward since I am nearing the end of my free service period (years). She even printed off a list of what should be done in the future. This will be very helpful. While this is not my closest Toyota service department, I have found this dealership to have an excellent service so have made the effort to drive a bit out of my way to have service performed at this location. Outstanding dealership. More
