Good service overall I bought a used car from sunnyside Toyota dealership. It was good customer service, but they didn’t tell us some key things in the vehicle. The previous owner did smoke in the vehicle, and the dealership denied all claims that he/she did when asked. Also, there were scratches and paint chips that weren’t buffed out. But overall good service! More

Sunnyside Toyota Service Dept I brought my Toyota Highlander in for routine maintenance plus a request to check on a buzzing sound when I turned the defroster off. Service was very quick and I appreciated that Lisa in the service area made an effort to educate me on the service requirements moving forward since I am nearing the end of my free service period (years). She even printed off a list of what should be done in the future. This will be very helpful. While this is not my closest Toyota service department, I have found this dealership to have an excellent service so have made the effort to drive a bit out of my way to have service performed at this location. Nice vehicle at a fair price I was looking for another vehicle after mine was totaled after a car rear-ended me. Found a 2014 Chevy Equinox which was priced a little bit higher t I was looking for another vehicle after mine was totaled after a car rear-ended me. Found a 2014 Chevy Equinox which was priced a little bit higher than I wanted to spend. After viewing the vehicle and others in the area, I went back and spoke with Joe & Bob and we compromised on a fair price. I probably should have asked a few more questions on how the equipment works, since a lot of it was new to me. Also should have viewed the car a little closer. After looking at it the next day, I saw a crack in the front grill, which I wish I would have know about earlier. As of now, everything is pretty good and I would recommend Sunnyside Toyota to my friends, just ask more questions and look closer at the vehicle. More

OUTSTANDING!!! Several years ago my wife & I made the decision that she could go back to school rather than me getting a new vehicle. Unfortunately the frame on my Several years ago my wife & I made the decision that she could go back to school rather than me getting a new vehicle. Unfortunately the frame on my truck was not up to it and we're now strapped with a student loan. After being blown off by 2 other Toyota dealerships including the one I bought it from and the one my wife leased her Sienna from, my mechanic (a former employee of Sunnyside) told me to go see Ray Thomas, which I did. After receiving the news that the frame on my 2006 Tundra was on its way out, Ray directed me to get in touch with Toyota and after receiving no help and less than favorable news from Toyota, Ray put me in touch with Alex Maropakis. Alex listened to what had been going on with my truck and took my situation as a challenging mission to get me into a vehicle. I did not originally go to Sunnyside with the intent on looking for a new truck. I spent hours with Alex over the course of a couple weeks going over numerous vehicles and financial scenarios. I don't know how many questions I asked, but his patience with me and dedication to my cause were remarkable. There is no way I was going to walk out of there without a vehicle that was "right" for me in every way. My RVP always says that "We don't manufacture anything and we don't grow anything, therefore its all about the service." Alex, Ray, Brian and the Sunnyside team proved that to the Nth degree and I feel very fortunate that Sunnyside is the dealership that was recommended to me. Thank you for taking me under your wing and I strongly look forward to doing business with you in the future. More
