Not pushy and pretty honest I bought my first car with these guys and I really could not have asked for a better experience. I spent all of 2018 shopping around for the right use I bought my first car with these guys and I really could not have asked for a better experience. I spent all of 2018 shopping around for the right used car and let me tell you I ran into some real "winners". I tried even bigger car dealerships like Motorcars over on the east side in Cleveland Heights (February of this year). Pushy af. They tried to sell me a 2006 Toyota Corolla that had rusted tub caps and the radio paneling fell out when my dad went to turn on the radio. Then I tried a small time shady dealership out in Euclid. Haha, no. I was sifting through Cargurus and I came across a used car that met so many of my specs. Toyota Prius, less than 10 years old, at least a 2010, under 100,000 miles. It was a black 2013 Toyota Prius and the car was with Sunnyside Toyota. That got points right there because it is close to home and it had great reviews. So, I reached out to a sales rep. I got a wonderful sales rep named Sean Barnett. I explained to him what I was looking for, how I wanted to pay for, finance etc. Ultimately, I backed out on the 2013 Toyota Prius but I made it clear to Sean that I had settled on Sunnyside as the dealership I was determined to get my car from. Why? Because when I made it clear to him that I had to back out on the Toyota Prius 2013, he did NOT pressure me. He did not try a bunch of shovy sales pushes. He just let me do me. That sales move right there had be sold. Instead, he took a non-pushy approach. He took my situation into account and considered my needs and what I was looking for. When he took that approach, I went "YES, I will go with these guys". So, Sean suggested he send me updates on their inventory on a weekly basis and let me decide at my own leisure and pace. Excellent sales move, my dude. Excellent. It did not take long. In early December and true to his word, he sent me a line up of their current stock of Prius that met my specs and price range. It was love at first sight. There was a 2010 deep blue Toyota Prius that met all my specs. The rest as they say, is history. I was sold but obviously I had to go see the car for myself. Sean passed me over to a Product Specialist, Maria Berardi. Maria was, just like Sean, an absolute delight to work with. She was kind, easy to relate to (about my age - perhaps a purposeful decision on the dealership's part? If so, BRILLIANT) and had a pretty good handle on the specs and features of the 2010 Prius. She took me out to see it and that was it. I looked at her and said, "take my money". Pretty much my words to the sales manager Bob when I called the day before to place a small down payment on the vehicle so they would hold it for me. That got some laughs. I know a good thing when I see it, but of course I had to test drive, do a pre-purchase inspection etc. All and all, these guys are not pushy, have some brilliant sales moves and honest. When Maria went through the car's history with me she did not leave any stone un-turned. The car was in pretty good condition, but like any used car it has its minor bumps and bruises and scratches. But the best part? The pre-purchase inspection showed up NO unexpected huge mistakes that the dealership should have caught. In short: All in all, A-PLUS 10/10. If I am still in the area when I need a new car, I will only go to this dealership. More

Shopping from Missouri Patrick was an excellent help, and very upfront, and was able to accommodate the fact that I live 8 hours from his dealership, he even found rates for Patrick was an excellent help, and very upfront, and was able to accommodate the fact that I live 8 hours from his dealership, he even found rates for flights to come see the Jeep I was looking at, and the pricing was very competitive with other dealers that I had looked at. If you are trying to find the perfect vehicle, or a Unicorn as my wife tells me, then don’t hesitate to work with Patrick. He sent me photos and a video of the Jeep, right off the bat, it was still being cleaned from being traded in when he took them. He really made the experience a little more comforting which is hard when you are scouring the country for the perfect vehicle. I would highly recommend working with him, and will gladly buy any vehicle from him if my local market is in my opinion high priced on what I’m looking for again, like it currently is for Jeep Wranglers.
