Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your unsatisfactory experience at Sunnyside Toyota. Although we always try our very best to exceed our customers' expectations, sometimes we do fall short and for that I apologize sincerely. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of insurance companies when a claim is made for repairs. We must wait for adjusters to inspect the vehicle, write the estimate, and authorize the repair. In your case, more than one adjuster was involved in your claim. We are very sorry for the unexpected holdup, but it is not our dealership's policy to provide no-cost vehicle maintenance to offset the expense of your rental car for delays that were directly related to your insurance company. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or expense you may have been caused.
