Best Customer Service EVER! I walk away from Sunnyside Toyota feeling 100% satisfied EVERY TIME. There is a great deal of efficiency from the moment I drive up (without an appointment) to the moment I come back for my car. I primarily work with Chuck who explains everything in a very friendly manor. He genuinely enjoys his job and it shows. Honestly, Chuck is top shelf and a GREAT representation of what customer service is and he makes sure the customer experience meets and exceeds expectations. See you again soon! More
Great Experience at Sunnyside A friend and I walked into Sunnyside's showroom for the first time in late November and were met by Bill Gasper. I previously looked at a Corolla at A friend and I walked into Sunnyside's showroom for the first time in late November and were met by Bill Gasper. I previously looked at a Corolla at a dealership I had dealt with before and wanted to do a price comparison. I received a print-out of the window sticker from Bill and went home to think about it. I had taken a Corolla on a test drive and liked that it felt similar to my Camry. My family and I have bought Toyotas for many years. When I got home I called my brother who lives in N. C. who always seems to give excellent advice. The Internet is so helpful for checking information on car prices and we both did this. He thought the figures I received looked fair. Sunnyside also had a dealer price reduction promotion which helped with the decision. I made an appointment to see Bill three days later to further discuss the price plus the cost of a possible few extras. Bill was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient in giving answers. He was also good at supplying coffee for the friend who was with me for moral support! It was hard to part with a Toyota I loved for almost 14 years. It looked almost as good as the day I bought it plus it had low mileage - but it was time for a change. I felt the trade-in price was fair. I met with Brian Harris in Finance and, once again, my brother in N.C. came into the picture. Brian took the time to talk with him and answer some questions. Papers were signed and I owned a car! The next day the Corolla had been prepared to leave Sunnyside. Bill, with patience, went over the car settings and the new features. There were features I was not ready to use but when I am and have questions, Bill said he would be there to answer them . And I know that he will. He was with me as I took a short drive around the neighborhood so I felt more comfortable about taking my new car home! A short time has passed and I have stopped to see Bill with a question which was quickly answered. I know I made the right decision when I bought my new car at Sunnyside and am happy that Bill Gasper was my salesman and will be there for me in the future. Carol R. One of the best places for Toyota service I trust Sunnyside Toyota to take. Are of my car, which I hope Wii go way past 300,000 miles (only 175,000 to go!). Overall good experience Everyone I have ever dealt with at Sunnyside has always been pleasant, especially the people in the service department. I came about a half hour early Everyone I have ever dealt with at Sunnyside has always been pleasant, especially the people in the service department. I came about a half hour early this time to my appointment and was pleasantly surprised they were able to get working on my car soon after my arrival. I even waited under an hour. These are always complimentary services for my lease. However, I plan on using them for oil changes in the future because of the good experience I get. My suggestion would be to add some tables in the waiting area, in case people have laptops or books they want to lay out while they wait for their service to be done. More

2nd Service in a Month We were having issues with the rear battery and got the positive terminal replaced. Unfortunately the negative terminal came loose over the next month and the Prius experienced intermittent power problems. We had to drive back (an hour each way) and get the problem fixed. Brian in finance was great too. He listen to my concerns and was able to provide me with several financing options. Brian found me a great interest rate and a loan that worked within my budget. All in all Sunnyside Toyota provided exceptional customer service and a great value! More
