poor service person I dropped off my car on Sunday night, Oct. 28. On Wed. Oct. 31 Christine, from Sunnyside Toyota called and stated that "State Farm has OK' I dropped off my car on Sunday night, Oct. 28. On Wed. Oct. 31 Christine, from Sunnyside Toyota called and stated that "State Farm has OK'd the repair and that they needed 2 or 3 days to get the car fixed. I called on Friday, Nov. 1 for an update., I had to leave a message. Mon. Nov. 5, I got a call back from a gentleman from repair, and he told me that the dealership's phone system was down and they did not get my message and that in response to my question of 'Is my car done? He replied that no work was done on my car, since they had to wait until the insurance adjuster made another trip to of the purchase of the part. WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED OF THIS WHEN CHRISTINE ORIGINALLY TALKED TO ME ON WED? I called my insurance agent and in a call with the adjuster I was told that they never ok parts and that the client, Me, have to ok parts. SUNNYSIDE NEVER ASKED ME ANYTHING ABOUT OKING PARTS. Wed. Nov. 7 Christine called after second adjuster stopped in and OK'd the part. And that the part would be in by Friday, Nov. 9. I mentioned that I have to rent a car while mine is in the repair shop. I asked why on Wed. Oct. 31 I had every reason to expect my car back on the next Wed. Nov. 7. Now I am informed that it would be longer that I would not have my car back. I asked Christine if Sunnyside could help with my rental car expenses, since Sunnyside had not finished my car within the time they told me. The lack of communication was shocking. Christine's reply was a loooong sigh and "I will call you when your car is ready." And she hung up. She texted my on Tue. Nov. 13 to tell me that the part was back ordered. ANOTHER DELAY FROM SUNNYSIDE.' I texted Christine on Friday, Nov. 16 and asked when my car would be done. She texted me back that it would be done on Monday, Nov. 19. Mon., Nov. 19 in the morning she texted me that my cabin air filter needed to be changed, It cost $40 I said yes. I had also arranged for an oil change as long as I had my car in the dealership, that was some $35. So I arrived at Sunnyside Toyota on Monday, Nov. 19, instead of Wed. Nov. 7 when I expected my car to be done, 12 days later. I paid my $500 deductable and then I paid for my new cabin air filter and my oil change. I asked could they absorb those costs, to offset the cost of my rental car, due to the many days their parts system could not deliver my needed part. She said no and that she kept me updated on the back ordered part. I said she did not. She said she sent me e mails and went to her computer. I told her I never got any e mails from her. She looked at her computer and did not answer me. I asked her what is my next step to complain about this poor service. She said that I have to talk to the service manager. I said can i talk to him? She said he is in a meeting, and that she would have him call me. That was on Monday, Nov. 19 Today is Wed. Dec. 5 and I have not heard back from him. If they had offered to pay for my air cabin filter and oil change in exchange for me having to rent a car for all those days, I would have said Thank you and walked away. But to be treated this poorly is an outrage. More

Wonderful experience Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Love the shuttle service. The computer system knew exactly what my car needed. Price was very reasonable. Terrible first experience buying a car. Bought a used car from this dealership. I've been working on my credit since I was 18 and had an amazing score of 760. Then 5 days after I bought the car it wouldn't go into gear. Went back to explain the problem and no one believed me. I've been a mechanic for a very long time and knew there was something wrong. At this point i was ready to hire an attorney to find a way to return the car. Eventually they took the car and had it checked by a mechanic and he found the shift linkage went bad. I understand that cars break but I had a serious issue and they didn't make my issue a priority. I also kept in touch with them over text and their communication was extremely disrespectful. Extremely dissatisfied in my first time buying a car from the dealership. Thankfully the car is fixed now but first chance I get I'm refinancing. Just because I'm female and young doesn't mean I'm stupid and don't know cars. Just an overall terrible experience, so much stress and headaches, never buying a car here again. More

Completed job as expected Micheal assisted me with replacement of four tires & a front end alignment. It was a scheduled appointment. Two weeks prior, I worked with Scott on the phone, to determine the best tires for my vehicle - so they would be in stock for my scheduled appt.
