Surprise visit I stopped into the dealership unannounced, to see if they had a very specific used vehicle (Honda Odyssey) on the lot. Friendly, but doesn't have common parts in stock I went in thinking that I needed a new windshield wiper arm. They had to order that part which I totally understand. It turned out that I only neede I went in thinking that I needed a new windshield wiper arm. They had to order that part which I totally understand. It turned out that I only needed a new wiper blade. They didn't have wiper blades for a 2016 Prius in stock. They had to get one from a different dealer. That added an additional 40 minutes to my time there. The better news is that they discounted the passenger blade, so I can't be too upset. Good service. Parts department needs staples...like wiper blades. More

What a nice place to buy a car! I hadn't bought a car in 12 years, and I was expecting the worst. However, I got the best! Remon (salesman) and Brian (finance manager) were the nic I hadn't bought a car in 12 years, and I was expecting the worst. However, I got the best! Remon (salesman) and Brian (finance manager) were the nicest people to work with and I can't say enough about how well I was treated. Remon really helped me choose a car that fit my budget and my needs. I think I drove everything, and was I in and out of that dealership 3 different times before I decided on a car. It was his recommendation, a 2015 Corolla, that I ultimately bought. It's so much more than I expected to get! Brian really took the time to walk me through the finance process and this was the first time I left a dealership feeling like I understood the paperwork. He also made recommendations that saved me some money. I can't thank them enough. Both of these gentlemen really demonstrated great patience and great customer service. Since my purchase, I have been to the service department (I got a screw stuck in my tire), and I was impressed also at the efficiency.
