Dealership has not been able to fit me in when I came to speak about a lease buyout, when I came to sign for my lease buyout, or when I came to pick up my plates. During the process of using my own bank to finance the car it sometimes took days to hear a response from the finance department on things as simple as wear to send the payment. It felt like they were almost doing me a favor to sell me an expensive car. No one was necessarily rude, they just didn’t seem to care. The only person who gave me any help whatsoever was the finance manager who closed my loan. More
