I bought.a 2021 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium on a Thursday with the agreement to have the tires replaced which I provided that same day. I scheduled a 1:45 service time on The following Monday. I hadn’t picked it up yet. I arrived on Monday and after the vehicle was detailed I had to wait until 3:20 to receive the vehicle. This is after I complained to multiple employees and two managers. I had to walk out behind the dealership and find the vehicle sitting in the lot. No one made an effort to help me other than Al Phillips a sales associate. Courtney who helped put the deal together was wonderful but she was on vacation. This is my third 2021 Vehicle I have purchased this year and I must say the most disappointing. More

This was part of 2 year free service , the car is washed but interior floors, specificly drivers side floor, is NEVER vaccumed , even if dirty/debris is present. My glove compartment falls open while driving ever since it was inspected. Also, I asked for a tire inspection for leaks as my sensor keeps coming on, and I do think my front driver side tire is slowly los it was inspected.
