Delay for 45 minutes. I was sitting till about 12.40 pm before I left the dealership. Does this mean, well the customer is here why bother to even tell them till they ask “why is it taking so long today”? More

One guy in waiting room was told they lost his appt and he had been there 2 hours. Worse than that a mother with toddler and newborn had to wait 3 hours for basic service thats criminal. I delt with Sunnyside Honda for 3 cars. When it came time to lease a new one I have FIVE different salesmen contacting me on the SAME car. With five different prices. So I switched to Toyota. So far a mistake. This will me my last car I will buy or lease from any Sunnyside location. The only decent employee I have delt with is Bill Gasper Richard Tupa More

I came in to look at a Toyota Camry I came into the dealership looking to test drive a Toyota Camry. After driving it, I really enjoyed it and was interested in possibly purchasing it. I came into the dealership looking to test drive a Toyota Camry. After driving it, I really enjoyed it and was interested in possibly purchasing it. Long story short, I wasn't able to complete the transaction that night because they were closing, but I placed a hold on the car and intended to complete everything the next day. Overnight, however, I found something closer and decided to go with it. I contacted the people at Sunnyside and asked them to refund my hold money. Well, there's a snag here. According to their policy, you must come and preset your receipt to receive the refund. This was an issue for me. You see, the reason I was shopping is because my own car had been totalled while parked in front of my house. I had borrowed a car to come check out the Camry and I live almost an hour away. Anyway, after a few emails back and forth, they agreed to process my refund and I truly appreciated that. They recognized my conundrum and were willing to work around it for me. And I'm not even a buying customer. The people here are friendly, and they respond when you contact them online or through email. They want to make you happy. Thanks Sunnyside! More
