I dropped my car off the night before my appt for scheduled 10,000 mile maintenance and asked car be done by noon. At 11:30 the next morning to check on my car and was told they were still working o scheduled 10,000 mile maintenance and asked car be done by noon. At 11:30 the next morning to check on my car and was told they were still working on it. They said it would be done between 3 and 5pm. At 4:40 I called to see if it was done and was told AGAIN that they were still working on it and it would be done by 6pm. This was routine maintenance that should take less than an hour- obviously they weren't working on it either time I call in spite of what they told me. At 5:45 I received a call that was done. When I picked it up just before 6, the service contact never apologized for the delay or even acknowledged that there was a delay. I'm disappointed in this dealership. It used to be excellent, but my last couple of encounters with them have been poor to say the least. More
