Love Sunnyside Toyota!! Bill is awesome! Bill helped me get into a new Corolla! The service was amazing & I would recommend them to everyone I know! Disappointed in the quality of service. Regular service call for 110,000 mile check up. Some of the fasteners on the heat shield corroded and were replaced. Found an oil leak. Resulting in replacement of gasket and timing chain assembly. Picked up car after service hours through the sales floor. On way home noticed “check engine light” and “track off” lights on. Had to return in morning just as service opened. They fit me in right away. Took about an hour to fix. Late for my job. More

Service department gets my highest rating, particularly after their remodel some years ago. The entire process from check-in to drive-out is highly efficient & pleasant. On this particular visit, I had our 2013 Highlander in for 30,000 mile service, & my Service Advisor was Lisa Kenzik. From her review of services to be performed, addressing additional questions/concerns we had, she exuded confidence & a high degree of professionalism, along with a genuine interest in being of service to her customers. When the vehicle was ready, she reviewed the action taken to address a particular concern. She was very thorough & pleasant. THANK YOU, Lisa, for a great customer experience! I find everyone at the dealership very friendly and customer focused but I do have some hesitancy regarding your service technicians. Let me explain....a while ago I came in for a brake replacement and several days after I left my brakes failed. When I returned (I had to have my car towed in) they found that the technician had failed to tighten some bolts correctly. They apologized for my inconvenience and covered my next service visit. Yesterday I took my car in for its 70,000 mile maintenance check. When I picked up my car in the evening I only drove about 2 blocks when several red warning lights came on. I immediately returned to the dealership and the found the mechanic had failed to properly secure my air filter. I received an apology but not other compensation. Perhaps your mechanics need more training or supervision....I love the dealership but, at this point, am a little unsettled about the quality of the service work More
