Great experience, great car, great people Al Philips was great! We’ve been buying cars from him for the last 25 years. This last car was a better car than we thought we could afford but Al showed us a good array of cars and we elected a 3009 Avalon. Quite happy with it. He is polite and kind even got a water for my wife. He was the only one I wanted to deal with. Lori was great also, help to. Complete sale. Have recommended Sunnyside Toyota to many friends. More

Simple and Fast!!! I have walked into other dealerships and the "vibe" just isn't the same as it is at Sunnyside Toyota North Olmsted. I have leased my 5 car with them I have walked into other dealerships and the "vibe" just isn't the same as it is at Sunnyside Toyota North Olmsted. Horrible customer service I've been taking my car here for service for years and usually the service is very good. Oil changes take about an hour and if it takes longer an em I've been taking my car here for service for years and usually the service is very good. Oil changes take about an hour and if it takes longer an employee or mechanic comes and let's me know how much longer before my car is ready. This time however I waited 2.5 hours and not a single employee came to check in with me. I finally had to approach Beth, who was taking care of my paperwork, and ask what is taking so long and she had no explanation! This is after she took care of several other customers who arrived after me, who left before I did. I honestly think she forgot I was still waiting. Abysmal! I now have my doubts if I want to take my car there for future services. More
