While on the test drive, another worker checked out our trade-in so the details were ready when we returned. All of our questions were answered and everything about the car and paperwork was explained thoroughly. We ended up purchasing the RAV4 later that day and are so happy with it thus far! Before driving off, John made sure to sync my phone with the car and go through a quick explanation of how things worked. Lastly, we noticed some scratches on the car during the test drive, but they arranged for them to be buffed out at the dealership later in the week.
