Brake lining check indicated "10mm" last visit had me at 9 & 8mm, so i question how much effort was given or if any tool was used. Check of cabin filter was made, NOT!! Also maintenance light was reset, again NOT!!! Took back and greeter took care of it for me. Again, first disappointment when getting service here for 6 years. More
