I was devastated to learn that my 2005 RAV4 had a gas tank issue that could have run into $$$. While walking in the showroom upset because of the news, Sean Barnett came to the rescue. He was very understanding about my dilemma, fix the car I loved or look for a new one. He took the time to go over options and waited several days for us to make a decision. I needed a car immediately and knew my options were limited on what I could purchase. John was more than helpful in that he didn’t push me into anything I was uncomfortable with and explained the whole process IN DETAIL! I never felt pressured to buy or that he didn’t truly have my best interest in mind. Lori stepped in to save the day with financing!
