As a recent widow, my car needs changed and Bill made the shopping experience so comfortable. He contacted me over the course of several months looking for the" just right car " for me! He kept in mind my safety and budget. Then the car arrived and it was black - not red like I wanted-but Bill was even looking to see if there was a "wrap" we could put on the car to change the color for me...then we shopped fun decals together to add a personal touch. Bill transferred my grandchildren's car seats to my new car and set all my radio and audible book settings for me so it truly is my dream car. There was NEVER a time that I felt pressured to purchase the car and my personal needs were always a priority.
