Honest, Painless, Great Deals, and Then Some First off, every person who I dealt with at Sunnyside was extremely welcoming; not in the business sense, but more so the family sense. Recently my car managed to catch on fire due to an unknown occurrence. On top of this, I had paid in full for that vehicle, and it only had 92K on it. As someone currently studying in college, you can imagine how this put me in a very tight spot, so I really had to do my homework to find a reliable car. After several nights of tireless searching of every car in my price range on Facebook, Cars.com, and Autotrader, Sunnyside Toyota stood out due to overwhelming positive responses. When I searched their inventory online, the prices were right compared to other dealerships. Getting any questions answered was simple through an easy to find, yet not obtrusive chat line. Fortunately, there was enough information about each vehicle that I did not have to waste time with that. When I first arrived at the dealership, I was able to browse many of the cars without getting aggressively haggled like I have at other car dealerships. Patrick Van Deusen was my salesman, and within minutes we had identified several options that fit my needs and budget. Here, at Sunnyside, you do not have to worry about getting stuck with a looks good, but breaks down car. Patrick did his homework on each car I was interested in, and managed to find that the Sonata I originally was interested in would likely need a new engine eventually. Additionally, there was an Impreza failed safety inspection upon a further search, and they are not selling the car now. That's something I can respect. Patrick Van Deusen was friendly throughout, and we had some great conversations, even beyond cars. Patrick allowed me to see a Hyundai Elantra I was interested in which was almost finished being detailed. This car is a 2010 with around 85K on it, and there was no rust whatsoever under the hood, or under the car. The thing ran like a champ, and I knew that I would be hard pressed to find a better deal, as it was listed around 6,900 which was right with the Kelley Blue Book fair purchase price. After being used to dealerships pricing high and leaving you to negotiate, this was a relief for me. Even one of the shop workers, Marcus, engaged me in an uplifting conversation while I was waiting for Patrick to get the keys for a test drive. After taxes, and adding in a theft protection warranty, the total came to just over $7,800 with monthly payments of around $130 a month after money down! This car had no accidents, no recalls, and the Carfax was made readily available to me. I never had any issues during the whole process, and Patrick told me lots of valuable information about all the cars I looked at, and made sure I got the right one. I have already referred this dealership to others, and will continue to do so. If you are considering visiting Sunnyside, do so. You can expect honest business that is not pushy. Places like these are hard to find. More

My 5th Toyota! I have been with Toyota for over a decade and have used Sunnyside for four of my five vehicles. Each time they have been extremely patient and helped meet the needs of my family. Joel has been my guy for years and when I returned to see him this past holiday weekend, he was swamped. Instead of having my 9 year old and me wait so he could "make a sale", he had Ron take over. I was apprehensive at first because I wasn't sure if he would have the patience for all of my questions and my daughter sitting there. Turns out, Ron was great! He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and walked me through all of the features on the vehicle. Most importantly, he was awesome with my daughter tagging along. So much so, she didn't even complain one time! I will continue to return to Sunnyside to see Joel and Ron! More

Specifically, their Toyota dealership in North Olmsted. This was my third purchase through these dealerships. Their commitment to unwavering customer service, intimate details of my wants and needs provided a platinum level of interaction with John Hall being my point man in this transaction. John was my previous sales men for my previous lease that I turned in. His ability to work around my busy schedule and ability to find the exact model of Tundra, with tailored additions to my needs and desires, only emphasizes his commitment to excellence. Johns knowledge of my personal taste allowed him to find a tundra that was minimally outside of our original projected parameters for this truck. Yet, his prompt communication allowed for a quick response to his inquiry on the changes and allowed us ample time to discuss what the benefits of these alterations, let alone minimal cost difference were to me. His turn around from final decision to delivery was in the magnitude of few days. His delivery was tailored to my time constraints with simple elegance, which I first experienced in my purchase of an Audi from their Middleburg Heights dealership. Johns performance, has only tempered and galvanized my commitment to being a Sunnyside costumer for future purchases.
