Easy buying experience I went to Sunnyside Toyota to buy my first car. As a new car buyer I didn't know exactly what to expect, but fortunately I worked with Al Phillips who I went to Sunnyside Toyota to buy my first car. After test driving the Rav4 a couple of times, I decided this was the car for me. Al went above and beyond to help bring in the exact car I wanted. When it came time to officially buy my new car, I worked with Brian Harris who was honest and attentive. He was able to answer all of my questions and help devise a plan best suited for me. I can't imagine going anywhere else to buy a Toyota! SO ... we left the house in Ethel (our 15 year old Toyota Highlander) "just to look"! About 3 hours later we drove home in our new Rav4! How in the SO ... we left the house in Ethel (our 15 year old Toyota Highlander) "just to look"! About 3 hours later we drove home in our new Rav4! How in the world did that happen? We had planned to enjoy Ethel for at least another 5 years! Here's the story ... We walked into Sunnyside Toyota and were met by a vivacious young woman named Alicia! We expressed our interest in looking at a Rav4. She showed us one that was on the floor and then began to enlighten us as to all it had to offer. Oh how many changes since we purchased our Highlander! What was not to love about a new car! In addition to being so knowledgeable about the car, Alicia understood any restrictions we expressed regarding paying for such a purchase. She was able to work things out to our satisfaction and, voila, we drove home in "Pearl" ! (we chose the color Pearl White) I remember going car shopping from years gone by. Oh how I dreaded it. Pushy sales people pressuring us, telling us their special "deal" would be gone tomorrow. Car shopping was not something I looked forward to.
