An Informative and Pleasant Experience I met Bill Gasper last April and explained that we were in the midst of a car or SUV search but were not ready to buy. Bill respected that position. I knew then that I would probably buy a Toyota at Sunnyside from Bill Gasper. Meanwhile, Bill would send us e-mail updates as information without any pressure. I told him that when we were both ready to come in I would let him know which I did finally in late July. It so happens that there was a special rebate going on for the 2017 Camry which we eventually bought from Bill. I should say that our last car buying experience was almost 15 years ago, so we had a lot of questions which Bill answered patiently--some more than once! He was very kind and helpful explaining the technology of our car to us. In fact, whether it was one of the managers who dropped by or Brian Harris, the financial manager, the key service provided us, by the people at Sunnyside, was excellent communication and a willingness to explain thoroughly what was going on during the purchase.
