The customer service we received from our salesperson, Ariel, and her manager, Bob, was excellent. They were so helpful without being pushy. They gave us the freedom to check out the cars, ask questions as they came up, and ultimately make the best decision we could for our family. I found a used Prius within my price range at Sunnyside Toyota in North Olmsted and I called to set up a test drive and made an appointment with Alex Maropakis. He told me over the phone that we were going to have some fun; I was a little skeptical. When my dad and I came in to test drive the Prius it really was a fun and enjoyable experience! Alex was so helpful and honest with us. He never tried to push us to buy anything that we didn't want to buy and he answered all of our questions honestly.
