Had a Fun Time test driving and then buying my first Prius! I had never considered the Toyota Prius before, but then after reading some great reviews I thought I would at least test drive one. I found a used Prius within my price range at Sunnyside Toyota in North Olmsted and I called to set up a test drive and made an appointment with Alex Maropakis. He told me over the phone that we were going to have some fun; I was a little skeptical. When my dad and I came in to test drive the Prius it really was a fun and enjoyable experience! Alex was so helpful and honest with us. He never tried to push us to buy anything that we didn't want to buy and he answered all of our questions honestly. He was very enjoyable to talk to and to do business with. It truly was the most fun I have ever had while buying a car! Thanks Alex! :) More

As I was getting my car serviced I saw a great deal on a new 2017 Toyota Avalon and went for it. The atmosphere was amazing, we got everything worked out in just a couple of hours. My sales associate, Tom Orr was very knowledgeable and patient with my thinking process. There were many options but he helped me get the best. I am very happy and satisfied with the 2017 Avalon. Service I took my car in for service under my maintenance plan. I have 8500 miles on my Camry. Low and behold they found an oil leak, yikes! The Staff in the service department at Sunnyside in North Olmsted are so friendly from the time you drive through the garage door until the time you drive out. Thank heavens for the maintenance plan and the fact that the leak was found. Lisa Kenzik was my Service Advisor at my visit. She was very reassuring about the repair that needs to be addressed on my vehicle. The fact that they could not pinpoint where the leak was coming from, she scheduled an appointment for the near future so they could inspect and repair. (They needed to clean the area where the oil was found) It is a very small leak I was told. My car will be repaired under warranty. I would like to also say that I always owned a GM car (abt. 60 years). This is my very first foreign car I've ever driven. I love everything about the car. The pep in the engine, braking, how quiet the inside is and how sound of a car it is. and its manageability. I love it! The fact that they found what could be a costly repair will not deter me from ever owning this brand of car. I have all the confidence in the service department. The Staff at Sunnyside in North Olmsted makes you feel like family. I've never felt this out of any service department before.
