When they finally arrived, I visited Sunnyside Toyota, as they were the Costco dealer in the area. Roger Neff was the sales person I met with. Unfortunately, the color/model I liked was just sold when I arrived. Since I was not in any hurry to purchase, they would look for what I wanted. Bill Gasper (sales rep.) helped me out and I'm now a proud owner of a 2017 RAV4. Bill listened to my wants and needs and then he gave me multiple options. We looked at a couple of vehicles and then did some test driving. While driving the vehicle Bill continued to listen and pointed out the options that would be useful based on my needs while also pointing out things I could probably live without if they weren't important. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind without forcing the vehicle on me. I took the information, slept on it and followed up the following day to make the purchase.
