Great Deal I had been shopping for over a month when I saw the car I wanted at Sunnyside Toyota. I inquired about it & Alicia got in touch with me. Sunnyside was I had been shopping for over a month when I saw the car I wanted at Sunnyside Toyota. I inquired about it & Alicia got in touch with me. Sunnyside was a 2 1/2 hour drive so I told her I'd need a deal to be done before I ran 150 miles up there. I made an offer & they made an offer & soon I had a good deal. I told her I'd take it if the inspection & test drive checked out ok. She needed a deposit which she said was 100% refundable if I chose not to take the car. Most places you give a deposit it's gone. Not here ! I asked Alicia to have car dry so I could look it over as it had been raining. It was in a showroom garage all shined up & ready for inspection just as I had asked. Did not have the car we wanted to look at and the salesman was a bit clueless. Subaru, VW - no thanks. Honda - no 0% financing but nice salesman. We decided to make one more stop at Sunnyside Toyota. Honestly, I was not considering a Toyota when we drove up the lot but it was nice to get some numbers. When we exited our car, we were greeted immediately by Patrick who not only asked me some relevant questions but also listened to my rambling answer (it was 7:30 and we were exhausted after looking throughout the day). He took me around the new car area and pointed out various models but noticed my interest in a Prius. After telling me the price of a new Prius, he said they have a newer model - the Prius C - in the back that I may like, it was the 'Persona Edition'. I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the car as it was perfect. He read me like a book and my mind was made up - I was going to purchase this Prius C. We sealed the deal the next day! Patrick was knowledgeable, professional, patient and was able to sell a car that no one else was able to - the Persona Prius. I am very happy with the car as it is exactly what I need! This was my first time purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle and the experience could not have been better! I was replacing a Hybrid Highlander that my son was in an accident with and the staff at Sunnyside was very understanding and met my needs to replace it with another Highlander very quickly. Shopping for a car made easy I have been to many dealerships and purchased/leased vehicles and this is by far the best experience, and customer service I have ever experienced. I have purchased two cars now and have only worked with Ariel Hendke. She knows her stuff! She took my needs and made them work and got me in a 2016 Toyota Camry that I love! Never did I feel pressured or uncomfortable during the buying process and she made she to follow up and even text me pictures of different cars. I will never go anywhere else! The finance department was even easy and that's normally the part everyone dreads. I will recommend Toyota Sunnyside to anyone looking for a car. I truly appreciate the great experience! More

We first met Bill on a Sunday about an hour before close, and he was so kind to let us test drive a Mazda we had our eye on...even when we had our 3-yr old son with us! He was easy to communicate with, and very flexible--we did a lot of talking via text message, which was actually very convenient! When we came to the dealership 4 days later, he facilitated the trade-in process of our old car, and worked with us to meet our goal price for the Mazda. He was kind, courteous, honest and fair, and he was respectful of our time (which was very meaningful to us since we had our preschool-aged son with us!). My husband and I both agree that this was the easiest car-buying experience we have ever had, and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Thanks, Bill! More
