This being the first time for me to purchase a new one I thought that it was going to be a pretty scary experience, but I was definitely shown different. I'm very glad to have walked in and gotten Jeff Nowak as our sales person! From the beginning he was very easy going and professional and didn't shove anything at us that we didn't want. We went in with knowing what we wanted and he went above and beyond to get us exactly that. I have to admit I was picky at times, this being my first brand new car I wanted it exactly how I dreamed of it being, and Jeff helped bring that to life. At no time during the three weeks did he get frustrated or give up on us or push us in anyway. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us. We are very pleased with our brand new RAV4 and will recommend sunnyside and Jeff personally to anyone! Such a great company and person to have had the pleasure working with on this adventure! Great company to work with Seconds after pulling into the dealership on a very chilly morning we were met by Roger Neff. He was very professional and friendly. We told him basics we were interested in and he led us immediately to the cars on the lot that he felt would be of interest . We were impressed with his knowledge of the cars in question and his willingness to open cars and let us explore the interiors of the cars, check trunk sizes, etc., as we looked for something that would meet our needs. We test drove two vehicles and knew that the second one was for us. Inside the dealership we were treated to coffee and hot chocolate, and greeted with friendliness by the other employees. The sales process was smooth as Roger worked with us, explaining warranties, etc., and then he introduced us to Brian Harris, Finance Manager. Brian was excellent as he talked to us about extended warranties and payment methods. I would certainly recommend Sunnyside to anyone looking for a new or used car. In my opinion, some other car dealerships should take lessons from Sunnyside in friendliness and customer service. More
