He made me feel like it was my choice. He was so friendly and made my experience less stressful than I ever thought it could be. He showed me every button I had questions on and made sure I knew what I got. What made me feel the best was he waited til I pulled out of the parking lot with my new car to go back inside and waving at the door. I already recommended him to two people and I had purchased my at two days ago. Bill was so pleasant and that's exactly what a salesman needs to be! Add the fact that it was unplanned, after a car accident and we were leaving on vacation in one week, I was really not looking forward to the whole thing! The dealership and our sales rep, Darryl Harris, made it low pressure and high service. When someone else came in looking at the floor model that we were still deciding on, he called us to let us know, so we didn't lose it. He entertained our son while we looked over paperwork and he looks for Darryl any time we stop in for an oil change or car wash! The follow up and service continues after the purchase! More

Pleasant. Dealership is really clean. The sales people are polite and courteous. My wife and I were waiting for the finance people when we realized that our two Dealership is really clean. The sales people are polite and courteous. My wife and I were waiting for the finance people when we realized that our two dogs (one a 3 month old puppy) had been alone at home for longer than we felt comfortable with. Mike Cuva, the service manager provide a vehicle to my wife so she could drive to our home and let our dogs out. This is a indication that this dealership is willing to go the extra mile to please their customers. Jeff Nowak, the salesman I dealt with while I was in the show room could not of been more professional. At no time during my visit did I feel pressured.
