I’m called to check on What has happened to your service dept? The seasoned employees Scott and others are no longer there. I had a factory recall. I’m called to check on my vehicle, a young lady mentioned someone will be calling you within half hour. At 5pm, I called, my Rav was ready 2hrs ago, at 3pm.. When I spoke with the advisor she had 2 phone contacts. A message was left bat someone’s number. The home number was never called. Im very disappointed with the new kids at the service dept More
