This is the second vehicle purchased at Sunnyside. Both times, Ron Swetland was our sales professional. We used the word professional because that is what Ron is, PROFESSIONAL!! The first word that comes to mind when rating our experience at Sunnyside Toyota is WONDERFUL!!! Ron went far beyond what other sales people do. He was patient and willing to help us in any way that he could. Not only did we get a great deal on a used vehicle, but he also helped in getting us the best rate on financing. Sunnyside's finance department was also a GREAT experience. We dealt with Ken Proctor who took the time and explained every step to us. He was a very kind man. We would recommend Sunnyside Toyota to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity, repect and doesn't want to be taken advantage of. Mandy followed up from the Auto Show -no pressure. With scheduled appointments I never had to wait. We went thru the car and Mandy pointed out all the available options. Mandy located the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up she went thru the operation and options again. I was also taken thru the service center. Mandy did a follow up about a week later. I found Mandy to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I love my Red RAV4! More

I cant say anything bad about my experience. Sales staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They even went out of their way to find me a great interest rate, much lower than I had planned f was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. This vandalism was done at 7 Springs Ski Resort in PA, and I was leaving the end of Jan. for two months in The Villages, FL. Another repair facility quoted me over one month wait for repairs, and you all pulled together and worked a miracle in a few days! Not only were the Sunnyside Collision Repair personnel courteous (I was very upset and time challenged) and helpful, but also the Enterprise Rental Staff - conveniently located in your facility - made the entire process seamless and efficient! Today I returned from beautiful Confluence, PA, where the judge recorded that the guilty 19 year old male agreed to make restitution within a three month time frame. Thanks again, one and all, for a job well done, and a harried customer relieved, happy, and so very thankful for a job well done! We found working with Aaron Calwell to be a pleasure. Meet with him on three separate occasions before settling on the new vehicle that we wanted. We previously purchased 4 other new vehicles from Cindy and trust her completely. We were delighted to learn that since Cindy is still in the Sunnyside family, she is still able to sell us the cars that w and trust her completely. Cindy did an excellent job, was very knowledgable about the car we purchased and the others that we looked at. The overall purchasing experience at Sunnyside Toyota was excellent. My only criticism is that I would prefer to negotiate face to face with the "decision maker" as opposed to making Cindy run back and forth between us and the "decision maker". Ryan (the credit guy) was also excellent. He provided good information about the warranties and add-on's available. Finally, Tommy assisted Cindy in making our sale and was able to answer the nitty-gritty questions about the car that we purchased. We will definitely come back to Sunnyside Toyota for our next vehicle (hopefully not for a few years though). More
